Personal Training is not just about getting a good workout. Our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made in what we can do as we age as well as what we can do at a young age. Working out is a great thing but relearning how to eat, sleep, deal with stress, and so many other things are all crucial in staying healthy. Here at 3D we try and bring all aspects of that together to work on your overall health not just your physical strength.
Whether you are 40 trying to play pickle ball, your 70 trying to stay strong enough to play with and pick up your grandchildren, or still an athlete at the high school/college level, each session is tailored to allow you to achieve your goals.
Our workouts are tailored to your specific goals but also help us go back to a baseline of strength and mobility. Each workout that you do, you will be challenged physically, mentally, and spirtitually to improve. During your session we will work on your weak links that have or could lead to injury, get a sweat on, and try to have fun while doing it.
